We offer direct billing to most extended health care benefits plans for all of our services - this means that we can submit a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf, often saving you all or some of the out-of-pocket expenses for your treatment!

 

By providing us with the primary policy/group and ID number of your insurance plan, we can set up a direct billing account for you. Some plans will allow us to coordinate benefits between primary and secondary plans (ie. a spouse's plan). Most often, we can submit a claim 'payable to clinic' so that your insurance provider can pay for all of, or a percentage of, your treatment and then you are responsible for paying any remaining balance. Sometimes, plans request claim is 'payable to member' meaning we can save patients the step of submitting a claim but they will have to pay the full amount following the appointment.

Some plans may not allow assignment of benefits or electronic submissions, in which case, patients will have to pay clinic full amount and submit a claim on their own.
